FROM BIRTH TO THE GOLDEN YEARS

Learn enough to look after yourself and your family.

Jean runs two short introductory courses through the year.

They are practical and informal, designed for people with no prior knowledge of homeopathy who would like to be able to reach for a remedy when they need one.

You do not need to become an expert. You just need to know enough to help yourself and the people around you.

Who are these courses for?

01

Parents with young children

You want something safe to reach for before calling the surgery. These courses give you enough knowledge to feel confident using a remedy kit at home.

02

People who travel

Being unwell away from home is miserable. A small remedy kit and the knowledge to use it means you are not reliant on finding a pharmacy in an unfamiliar place.

03

Busy people prone to picking things up

If colds, stress and minor illness feel like a regular part of your year rather than an occasional interruption, these courses give you practical tools to manage them more quickly.

04

Anyone curious about homeopathy

You do not need a specific reason to come. If you have always wondered how homeopathy works and whether it might be useful for your family, this is a good place to start.

No prior knowledge is needed for either course. You leave with enough to use a basic remedy kit with confidence, and a clearer sense of whether a full consultation with Jean might be the next step for you.

The two courses

Homeopathy for the Great Outdoors

This one is for injuries, accidents, and first aid situations. Useful for walkers, campers, sporty families, and anyone who spends time away from home and wants to be prepared.

The course covers the origins and basic principles of homeopathy, the remedies most commonly used for bumps, bruises, sprains, shock, and injuries, and the safety considerations worth knowing before you start using remedies on your own.

The Winter Warmer

This one is for the colder months. Colds, fevers, sore throats, coughs, and the general misery of winter illness.

The course covers the origins and basic principles of homeopathy, and then moves into the practical remedies for the most common winter complaints. By the end you will have a clear idea of what to reach for and when.
